Most jobs proceed smoothly with named technicians like Jeremy and Nathan arriving on schedule, completing work professionally, and leaving worksites clean. Several customers praise their versatility and attention to detail. A handful of complaints center on crew preparation gaps (missing supplies despite photos), surprise labor charges, and quotes that don't match phone estimates, which create friction even when core work quality holds.
Review evidence is extremely limited: one review places the business at 1 star. Their website claims over 30 years in operation, a 2017 Connecticut Preservation Award, and service across Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York. Without review detail, we cannot assess the quality of their historic restoration, concrete repair, or masonry work.
All 10 reviews award five stars. Derek Pepin and his crew handle stone patios, fireplaces, and hardscaping with consistent craftsmanship and honest pricing. Customers praise thorough estimates, follow-through, and team professionalism across Madison and surrounding towns.
Reviewers consistently praise fast quotes, fair pricing, and professional crews who show up on time and do thorough work. Gina and her team are named repeatedly for accommodating scheduling and solving on-the-fly problems. The main friction point: reaching the owner directly after job completion has been difficult for some, though most report seamless experiences from bid to finished driveway.
