Long-standing customers credit Chris and the team with solid patio, mulching, and driveway work at fair rates. However, recent reviews flag serious delays on spring cleanups, unprofessional phone conduct, and unfinished work-complaints that outweigh older praise.
Roberto's team consistently delivers on time and keeps sites clean throughout the job. Work spans chimney rebuilds, repointing, and masonry restoration to patios and hardscaping, with reviewers noting meticulous brick placement and honest communication at fair rates. Customers cite Roberto's personal involvement in scheduling and site visits, his crew's professionalism, and willingness to explain work in detail. Chimney work-repointing, crown replacement, waterproofing-and custom masonry see repeated praise across the full review range.
