All three five-star reviews praise speed, punctuality, and clear communication. Work samples include hardscaping renovation and a full sidewalk replacement from deteriorated stone and paver.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One reviewer praised stone work as very well done. The other review offers no detail, making overall assessment limited. The 4-star average sits below the category median.
Most reviewers praise Excellence for personalized service, clear communication upfront, and quality output on decks, patios, stone walls, and multi-trade projects. Owners Engjell and Jake earn repeated trust. One detailed complaint describes weeks of delays, communication gaps during patio repair, workmanship requiring rework, damage to pool infrastructure with no accountability, and cracking within months. The business states they work across Connecticut.
One reviewer praised Redjol's approach to a complex landing and step job, noting careful planning and clean execution that matched their expectations. Work was still underway at the time of review.
