Every review praises John (the owner) and his crew for professional execution, punctuality, and detail-oriented work. Customers consistently highlight how the team listens to their vision, communicates clearly, and finishes projects on time and within budget, often transforming ordinary driveways and patios into standout features that increase property appeal.
Reviewers note the crew works as a coordinated unit, handles unexpected problems without nickel-and-diming clients, cleans up thoroughly, and backs work with warranty. Multiple customers returned for additional projects. Services span driveway replacement, patio pavers, foundation brick, retaining walls, and asphalt pads across the Meriden and Seymour area.
Joel and his crew deliver consistent hardscaping and tree work across Middlesex County. Nearly all reviewers praise their professionalism, cleanliness on site, and willingness to go beyond scope. One older complaint flagged pricing changes mid-job, but the weight of evidence shows fair rates and dependable follow-through over years.
Torrison's teams excel at execution: crews show up on time, take pride in their stone and patio work, and listen when customers flag concerns mid-project. Project managers like Glenn and Dominick earn repeat loyalty by staying available and thinking through details like drainage and contractor coordination. The friction point is financial: some customers have hit contract disputes or been charged for work they thought was covered, and one reviewer waited over a month for a promised quote.
Five-star reviewers consistently note quality work and professionalism. Detail is limited; the business has earned praise for getting jobs done well.
