Installation crews impress: they arrive punctually, communicate throughout the job, and leave worksites spotless. Named staff like Ray, Marco, Jose, and Jayden consistently earn praise for skill and professionalism. The darker pattern emerges after sale: customers report defective installations causing basement flooding, warranty claims ignored, and slow response when rework is needed. Pricing also draws fire; one homeowner received a $27,000 quote for a basement door. Five-star reviews run roughly 70% of the sample, but one-star complaints centre on follow-through and structural problems that persist months after installation.
The business states it has operated since 2002 and holds Connecticut License #0644013. Website lists cellar door replacement, egress windows, basement stairs, waterproofing, and window services across Connecticut and Massachusetts. Reviewer-named staff include Ray, Marco, Jose, Jayden, Randy, Ron, Joe Conte, Eric, Marc, Jessica, and Lisa D. One customer paid for a door install, watched it fail after delivery, then waited days for promised callbacks that never came.
