Greenwich Paint consistently delivers fast, clean work with owner Jose known for quick responses and fair estimates. One older complaint about an epoxy garage floor that cracked post-install and poor follow-up suggests warranty issues should be clarified before hiring.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All four reviews award five stars. Customers describe quick diagnostics, honest explanations, fair pricing that matches quotes, and clean work completed without mess. Repairs to fireplaces, waterproofing, and brick damage held up after heavy rain and regular use.
Nine reviews spanning over a decade show a sharp decline. Two older five-star reviews praise their lighting design and flagstone work, but six one-star reviews across multiple years document chronic no-shows, missed appointments, broken commitments, and poor owner communication. Complaints center on expensive pricing, failure to follow landscape plans, incomplete plant deliveries, and rudeness. Low reliability undermines perceived quality.
Top General Contractors delivers consistent, polished work across kitchens, bathrooms, and full renovations. Reviewers praise precise tile and vanity finishes, on-time project completion, and staff responsiveness. Named crew members Marcelo and Pablo handle complex projects with care, respect customers' homes, and coordinate with architects and insurance-hallmarks reviewers cite repeatedly. The business serves residential remodelers and stands out for tidy worksites, permit handling, and willingness to tackle non-standard requests. Service areas span Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, and surrounding towns. No complaints appear across 20 five-star reviews.
