Four of six reviewers praise Roberto and his crew for fast, well-priced driveway work and direct owner involvement. Two reviews flag serious friction: one cites street obstruction and unsafe neighbor access; another describes the owner becoming sarcastic and dismissive when a weather reschedule was proposed. The split between five-star and one-star reviews mirrors a pattern of strong execution paired with unpredictable interpersonal moments.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Five-star reviews praise the design expertise and professionalism of Austin Ganim's landscape work, with staff described as knowledgeable and helpful. But multiple one and two-star reviews from different years report the same pattern: quotes are given, then scheduling requests disappear into silence, and callbacks go unreturned for weeks or months.
All six reviews are five-star. Customers praise the crew's professionalism, clear explanations of work, and polished finished results. Tony (the owner) leads projects hands-on and keeps clients updated. One reviewer noted a scheduling delay, but the office communicated well about it. The team handles walkways, chimneys, patios, and step refacing with consistent attention to detail.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
