Groundworks Foundation Repair New Haven

4.9(547)✓ Google-verified

Groundworks earns high marks for skilled inspection and crew performance. Inspectors Ron, Matt, Patrick, and Nick walk homeowners through issues with patience and technical depth. Installation teams like Angelo and Naki excel at polyurethane foam injection to lift settled slabs, often completing work on time with minimal mess. A handful of reviewers noted early scheduling friction or incomplete concrete fixes, and one customer wished for post-contract check-ins. The company's no-pressure approach and warranty backing resonate across a large, mostly five-star base. Specific services praised: basement waterproofing with crew Brian C, Luis D, and Terrell W; crawl space sealing and garage floor leveling. Frank, Jose, and Pedro handled basement work well. The slab lift process using polyurethane foam injection draws detailed video explanations from sales staff like Austin. Wait times and follow-up support during installation merit clarifying before booking.
