Both homeowners praise THE Chimney Crew for straightforward chimney liner replacements, transparent pricing with no surprise charges, and a professional crew that explains work clearly before proceeding. Focus on safety and detail justifies the five-star ratings.
Work gets done quickly and right. Joe, Alex, and Juan handle chimney repairs and liners the same day if needed, explain what they're doing, and charge less than competitors. One reviewer noted the office and crew don't always communicate well with each other or homeowners about arrival times, which created friction when workers didn't show as promised. Their chimney inspections include a detailed walkthrough of what's needed. They stock materials on hand so emergency jobs finish faster. One reviewer with a CO leak got the house safe within 24 hours across two days of work. Lifetime warranties on most products, and they use USA-made parts. Dog-friendly and flexible with scheduling when the job warrants it.
