What recent reviews say
Most reviewers praise Riveras for skilled driveway and stone work, competitive quotes, and Alberto's on-site presence. A recent pattern of missed estimates and no-call no-shows-with gaps of days between incidents and customer follow-up-has eroded trust for some, despite the strong majority reporting excellent finished work and fair dealing.

Strong work from Jason's crew when projects move forward, but recent and older complaints about office staff discourage potential customers. Masonry and landscaping quality earns five-star praise; getting to that point can be difficult.
