Most reviews applaud Rob and his crew for polite, on-time work at fair prices, with clean sites. Two one-star reviews report serious lapses: one mentions no specifics; another describes months of unresponsiveness after initial lawn service and failed follow-up on design proposals.
Epic Masonry delivers strong work when jobs move forward: satisfied customers praise pristine work areas, attention to detail, and fair pricing across chimney and stone projects. Communication barriers and missed timelines plague the experience; multiple reviewers report weeks of unanswered calls and stalled projects, making reliability a real concern.
Rock Legends completed diverse masonry work-patios, sidewalks, stonework-with strong technical skill and responsive service. Will, the owner, earned consistent five-star reviews for thoughtful design, quick turnarounds, and treating customers as long-term partners rather than one-off jobs.
