Marini Paving & Sealcoating

4.9(336)✓ Google-verified

Victor Marini runs a hands-on operation where the owner personally calls clients before and after work, shows up to estimate jobs in person, and stays involved through completion. Customers consistently report quick turnarounds (many jobs under a week), honest quotes that refuse scope creep, and crews that treat properties like their own. Reviewers praise the driveway pacing most, but also highlight masonry work (retaining walls, Belgian block curbs, stairs), walkways, and patios. Staff names Luis and Sheldon appear in specific projects. The company serves a multi-county area (Fairfield, Weston, Ansonia, Bridgeport) and has earned repeat business from landlords and clients who recommend them to neighbors without getting competing quotes.

Sunun Masonry LLC

5.0(127)✓ Google-verified

Sunun Masonry earned trust across 127 reviews by answering phones, showing up quickly for estimates, and completing jobs in days rather than weeks. Jaime and his crew handle stonework, patios, and retaining walls with visible care for blending new work with existing structures, charge fairly without pressure, and leave sites spotless. The business name itself appears on-site during installations to explain design choices. Repeat customers cite both simple repairs and complex projects completed on time and budget. Staff came back months later to fix minor issues at no charge, and the team adapted work schedules during harsh winter weather.

Neighborhood Chimney Services, LLC

Neighborhood Chimney Services, LLC

4.9(481)✓ Google-verified

Reviewers consistently report arriving on time and leaving the workspace spotless. Staff like Hector, Juan, and Jackie explain work step by step and handle chimney cleaning, inspection, and waterproofing with visible care for the home. Fair pricing and refusal to oversell repair jobs set them apart. One reviewer's Regency insert unit has had persistent mechanical issues despite NCS follow-up attempts, though this reflects the product rather than the company's work quality. Over 25 years in business and CSIA certified, Neighborhood Chimney handles chimney rebuilds with stainless-steel liners, fireplace installations, and commercial services across Connecticut. The team's honesty about what repairs are actually needed and their willingness to work within budget constraints earn frequent praise for trustworthiness in a field where that matters.
