StoneGuard Masonry & Waterproofing
3.3(12)✓ Google-verified
Five-star reviewers praise professionalism and waterproofing quality when work is completed. However, one-star reviews describe unfinished chimney projects, cracked stairs that failed within months despite a 15-year warranty, missed deadlines despite signed contracts, and an owner who pressured customers to remove negative reviews rather than fix problems. The stark 58% five-star, 42% one-two-star split suggests serious inconsistency: the business succeeds with some customers but leaves others with broken promises, unresponsiveness, and costly failures.
