Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Nearly all reviews praise communication, craftsmanship, and professionalism on chimney, step, and waterproofing jobs. One significant 1-star complaint alleges a quote jumped from $3,700 to $8,300 mid-project when old bricks proved brittle, with poor waste handling and pressure to expand scope.
Five of seven reviews report abandoned jobs, poor communication, and shoddy work despite full payment upfront. Two isolated five-star reviews credit tree removal and fair pricing, but the pattern of incomplete projects, damaged property, and ghosting is overwhelming.
Work quality receives praise when projects finish, but serious payment and accountability issues emerge in disputes. Reviewers report unresolved refunds, missing invoices, and inability to verify the business's stated licensing despite Secretary of State confirmation they found no record.
