Most recent work shows a skilled crew known for personality and effort on complex projects. One negative account flags owner interaction as a potential concern, though the volume of praise suggests it's not typical.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All six reviews are five-star. Customers praise Matt and the crew for fast response times, honest assessments, and quality work on roofs, siding, and related projects. Long-term clients note the company stands behind its work and handles follow-up without hesitation.
All six reviews are five-star with limited detail. Reviewers describe professional work and have been satisfied enough to recommend the business, though specific service descriptions are sparse.
Angel, Tom, Pedro, Mike, and the Prime Chimney crew earn consistent praise for fast, skilled work and genuine listening to budget constraints. Most jobs finish same-day or next-day, with meticulous cleanup and clear communication throughout. One appointment was cancelled and rescheduled by the crew, then never kept, prompting the customer to switch contractors-a glaring gap in an otherwise reliable track record. Specialties include chimney rebuilds with stainless steel and furnace liners, brick pointing and repair, and fireplace restoration. Reviewers highlight the use of drone inspections to spot hidden damage and willingness to explain complex problems in plain terms. Tom supervises on-site; Angel handles estimates and follows up within hours of inquiry. Fair pricing typically undercuts competing bids.
