Strong five-star reviews highlight Andrew's crew for roof and chimney work, fast turnarounds, fair prices, and meticulous cleanup. However, multiple one-star accounts report no-shows to quotes, nonresponse after payment, and unfinished jobs, raising questions about reliability despite the positive majority.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Ray delivers skilled patio, chimney, and foundation work with strong communication and solid pricing. Most reviewers praise his detail-oriented approach, timely finishes, and neat worksites. One significant complaint: a chimney leak went unresolved and Ray did not return despite repeated commitments, raising concerns about warranty follow-through on complex repairs.
Customers consistently praise Jennifer and her team for transforming bland or overgrown yards into stunning outdoor spaces. The work combines bold design choices with expert execution, and the crew maintains spotless worksites. However, one recent project revealed a critical gap: when an installed walkway lacked proper drainage pitch after being told about a pre-existing drainage problem, the owner refused to rework it at no cost. That customer had to hire another contractor to fix the issue, turning an otherwise excellent project into a costly disappointment. The majority of reviews celebrate partnership and reliability, but this case raises questions about accountability when installation falls short of stated requirements.
John Pasieka delivers stonework that holds up over years. Reviewers praise his precision with stone selection and finishing, reliable scheduling, and readiness to recommend him for repeat projects across patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fireplace work.
