Tim and his crew reliably show up on time, complete work to estimate, and leave sites spotless. Most work centers on retaining walls, patios, and stone steps, with standout praise for Belgard paver installations and chimney repairs at competitive rates. One older complaint flags poor concrete joint prep and weeks of unanswered warranty follow-up. With 12 five-star reviews against one serious one-star account, the business's record is strong, but the unresolved patio failure and communication lapse deserve weight in decisions involving concrete work.

Reviewers consistently report meticulous work on yards and hardscapes, backed by a crew that shows up on time and listens carefully. A few mention early-stage miscommunications or missed appointments, but the overwhelming majority describe staff who stick with a job until satisfied and often go without extra charge to fix settling pavers or other post-project issues. Most praised are backyard patios, drainage fixes, and yard cleanups after neglect. Named crew members Sam, Dave, Bryan, Tyler, and Katie appear in multiple reviews. Beyond standard landscaping, reviewers value the company's willingness to stay involved over seasons and years, offering advice and seasonal work.
