Strong work and fair prices when jobs happen, but scheduling reliability is inconsistent. Multiple reviewers praise owner John's professionalism, crew friendliness, and site cleanup; however, recent complaints center on missed appointments and unresponsiveness, which have delayed customers by a week or more.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Eight of nine reviewers reported successful basement waterproofing with no further water intrusion. One older complaint cited a lifetime guarantee dispute. Staff speed, politeness, and follow-up repair visits stand out.
From driveway pours to pool decks and patios, John Pontes and his crew deliver on time with transparent pricing and genuine attention to how work affects a homeowner's property. Reviewers note the team shows up punctually, maintains clean job sites, and finishes projects as promised, with staff like Garry and John Sr. earning consistent praise for old-school work ethic and flexibility when customers adjust plans mid-project. The business handles everything from concrete flatwork and stamped patios to basement solutions, home remodeling, and painting. Most jobs include follow-up details-washing dust off cars, ensuring yards are orderly by day's end, securing permits-that signal the crew sees itself as responsible for the whole experience, not just the finished surface.
BluPerry's all 11 reviews award five stars, with customers highlighting driveway and patio work completed on schedule and under budget. David Perry's crew manages landscape clearing, septic lines, site work, and drainage with attention to detail and daily cleanup.
