Customers consistently praise Jennifer and her team for transforming bland or overgrown yards into stunning outdoor spaces. The work combines bold design choices with expert execution, and the crew maintains spotless worksites. However, one recent project revealed a critical gap: when an installed walkway lacked proper drainage pitch after being told about a pre-existing drainage problem, the owner refused to rework it at no cost. That customer had to hire another contractor to fix the issue, turning an otherwise excellent project into a costly disappointment. The majority of reviews celebrate partnership and reliability, but this case raises questions about accountability when installation falls short of stated requirements.
