Reviewers across many years praise Extreme for professional, prompt stonework, masonry, and concrete projects. Joseh (the owner) is noted for checking sites daily, standing behind pricing, and managing cleanup thoroughly. One significant 1-star review documents a year-long struggle with repairs to stone and concrete that failed repeatedly; the owner eventually refused further visits after blaming weather rather than addressing the core issue.
Most customers praise their masonry skill and the responsiveness of ownership throughout projects. Work like foundation waterproofing has stayed solid for years. However, one reviewer reported dangerous driving by a company van on local roads, swerving and braking unpredictably.
All seven reviews are five-star. Recent work shows Matt leading projects with strong communication and organization. A 180-foot stone wall and multiple patios earned specific praise for quality, reasonable pricing, and willingness to exceed scope. Evidence is limited to three review texts spanning five years, but the pattern is consistent.

Most recent jobs show strong execution: patios and hardscaping completed on time with careful design input, and customers report the finished work exceeded expectations. However, two older complaints raise concerns about appointment reliability and follow-through on damage repair-one customer waited months without response after the team damaged a wood floor and promised to fix it.
Five strong reviews praise their chimney repairs, patios, and attentiveness to customer wishes; a one-star review from 4 months ago details a $13,000 job (hatchway, stairs, patio) that failed catastrophically within 18 months, with pooling water, separation, and cracking concrete. The customer reported three service calls with no lasting fix, and claims the company dismissed the issues as maintenance rather than defects. Limited review volume and extreme sentiment split make this profile unpredictable.

Five-star reviewers praise professionalism and waterproofing quality when work is completed. However, one-star reviews describe unfinished chimney projects, cracked stairs that failed within months despite a 15-year warranty, missed deadlines despite signed contracts, and an owner who pressured customers to remove negative reviews rather than fix problems. The stark 58% five-star, 42% one-two-star split suggests serious inconsistency: the business succeeds with some customers but leaves others with broken promises, unresponsiveness, and costly failures.

Strong work on seasonal planters and smaller hardscape jobs, but large landscape redesigns often disappoint due to questionable design choices and lack of year-round plant vision. Communication and accountability are major pain points: missed appointments, ignored emails, and inflexible policies on plant replacements frustrate long-term customers despite occasional praise for staff expertise.
One five-star review praises careful attention and a hardworking approach. A recent one-star complaint mentions blocked mailbox access, suggesting inconsistent site management during projects.
Rossitto and Sons excels at stonework, fireplaces, and chimneys with crews known for professionalism and attention to detail. However, recent concrete flatwork has drawn sharp criticism for finishing flaws, discoloration, crazing, and spalling within 1.5 years, compounded by the owner's dismissive follow-up and avoidance of warranty claims.
Most reviewers praise Excellence for personalized service, clear communication upfront, and quality output on decks, patios, stone walls, and multi-trade projects. Owners Engjell and Jake earn repeated trust. One detailed complaint describes weeks of delays, communication gaps during patio repair, workmanship requiring rework, damage to pool infrastructure with no accountability, and cracking within months.
